The Right DA Club sees strong growth in H1 as it expands member services and support programme

The Right DA Club has today (14th July 2025) reported strong results for the first half of 2025, with strong growth in both compliance membership take-up and income, alongside increasing demand from advisory firms looking to go directly authorised (DA) with the Club’s support.

The Right DA Club has today (14th July 2025) reported strong results for the first half of 2025, with strong growth in both compliance membership take-up and income, alongside increasing demand from advisory firms looking to go directly authorised (DA) with the Club’s support.

Compliance membership rose by nearly 40% year-on-year and this, combined with growth across a range of additional services, led to a 57% increase in services income from compliance memberships and additional services for June 2025, compared to the same month last year.

Year-to-date income is up by over 55%, with commissions club income rising by 85% year-on-year to June 2025.

The Club continues to support established DA firms with day-to-day regulatory requirements through its core compliance services, while also expanding its role in helping firms transition to becoming DA.

Its bespoke FCA Application Support service provides end-to-end guidance, including business planning, regulatory documentation, application drafting, and interview preparation. Firms also benefit from a structured onboarding programme once authorisation is granted, ensuring they are compliant from day one.

In addition to its core compliance proposition, The Right DA Club offers a suite of tools and resources to help member firms including technology discounts, compliance templates and regulatory updates, commission reconciliation support, and access to trusted PI insurance referral partners.

As part of its evolving education and support strategy, The Club has introduced a new programme of webinars throughout H1 2025. These have covered a variety of regulatory and business issues, including:

Anti-money laundering (AML) responsibilities and requirements for DA firms.
Updates on FCA expectations under Consumer Duty.
Guidance on building a compliant advice process.
Practical sessions on documentation, record-keeping and complaints handling.

The Club has also hosted successful Coffee Mornings offering firms a chance to network, share best practices, and engage in open discussions across a wide range of topics.
