Conveybuddy, the conveyancing panel manager for mortgage brokers, has announced an expansion to its services by adding survey products in partnership with The Moving Portal. 

This collaboration enables conveybuddy users to easily quote and instruct surveys through the conveybuddy online portal, offering brokers another valuable tool when advising clients.

The Moving Portal manages a nationwide panel of Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) chartered surveyors, ensuring high standards and professional service. 

Survey products now available via conveybuddy include:

• RICS Independent Valuations

• RICS Level 2 Homebuyers Reports

• RICS Level 3 Building Surveys

• RICS Help to Buy Valuations

Brokers using conveybuddy’s platform will also have the flexibility to choose their own referral fees on a case-by-case basis.
